Description: Our Cognac champagne is a blend of the finest crus from the Cognac region, including Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. The distillates made from these wines are aged in French oak barrels, with a significant portion being new barrels (up to 25%). The oak is carefully selected and toasted to a light to medium level to preserve the delicate flavors of the Fine Champagne distillates. We allow our fresh distillates to mature for 4 to 6 years, allowing them to develop into a balanced and elegant spirit.
In terms of its appearance, our Cognac champagne has a medium amber color with hints of dark copper and gold. On the nose, it features aromas of crystallized fruits, including dry apricot, orange peel, and prunes, followed by a mature grape note and light toasted oak. The palate is generous, with a dry attack of crystallized fruits followed by vanilla and pastry notes, and a light, persistent smoky note. It has a great minerality and light rancio, with a very long-lasting finish.
