Description: Bittercube Bitters are produced in Madison, Wisconsin using spirits from Yahara Bay Distillers. The entire production process, from start to finish, is completed by hand. This includes tasks like peeling hundreds of pounds of citrus, weighing dozens of spices, and decorticating vanilla beans. Bittercube Bitters are made using only "raw" ingredients and do not contain any extracts or oils. They are light and aromatic, with notes of chamomile, jasmine, cinnamon, and dried fruits. Inspired by an old recipe from a 19th century cocktail book, these bitters are extremely versatile due to their three-spirits base.
