Cascadia American Bitter Liqueur

This small-batch spirit is our Pacific Northwest take on traditional European herbal liqueurs, inspired by the flora found in the Cascade Mountains. A distilled infusion of rose petals, wild lavender and select botanicals, finished with gentian and angelica root. Enjoy as an aperitif, or in a cocktail.
