Montanya rums are all-American, high-mountain rums made with the full depth of flavor available in the sugar cane plant: raw sugar cane and molasses. Pot distilled over a direct flame and barrel aged at nearly 9,000 feet in the Colorado Rockies, the resulting spirits are smooth and not sweet, low on funky esters, and full of favorable congeners and flavors that are naturally produced and not added. Never any added sugar, molasses caramel, or artificial colorings or flavorings.
